“It” can be a client, a house you showed, our office, or a relationship with a mortgage or title company. REA South is different because we care about making things better than before. Have you heard of the Leave No Trace code for backpackers? That’s what we’re about.

Most people keep their word when it’s easy. And most realtors follow through on the big things. We think words like “character” and “integrity” really only become real when you consistently honor your commitments, big and small, even when it hurts. Send the text you said you’d send. Make the phone call you promised to make. Be faithful in little.

We don’t subscribe to some bland, corporate idea of “professionalism.” Do you genuinely love high heels? You do you. Do you really prefer sneakers? Don’t fight it. Be yourself. Mix work and play. Above all, know your stuff. People won’t mind “casual” if you’re undeniably competent.

Stay humble. Be receptive to feedback. Be willing to listen. Don’t think you know better. Communicate with respect. When a client asks you a question you don’t know the answer to, don’t make something up. Do find the answer and follow up.

Maybe we are a little obsessed with improvement. We strive to be the most capable, reliable, and humble agents in East Tennessee. We do continuing education not because we have to but because we want an edge. We do the maximum, not the minimum. We read the room because thriving in this business means serving all different sorts.

Splits & Fees

Flat fee cap is $10,920.00

With the 80/20 split, 20% of your Commission will be paid to REA South until you reach a $13,900 cap.

A monthly desk fee of $150 will be billed to all agents at REA South.

Realty executives understands what it means to be a busy agent. Our company has a transaction coordination department called Agent Assist. They can help with anything Listing to Close or Contract to close with a fee to be billed to you or taken from your transaction after closing.
